It’s a free session, generally lasting about 30 minutes. The session will be held online, but we can speak by phone if you prefer. You can book online or contact me directly – just click on the Let’s talk link at the top of the screen to find my details.
No preparation is necessary, simply bring yourself. This is time for you to share your expectations and your initial thoughts on your personal goals for coaching. I’ll outline what you can expect from a typical coaching and mentoring programme. If your employer is sponsoring you, we’ll also discuss their objectives.
A session is typically 90 minutes long, allowing sufficient time for meaningful discussion. I recommend you allocate two hours in your calendar so you've got 30 minutes after each session to pause and reflect.
Coaching sessions are usually conducted online. In-person meetings may be arranged for an additional fee.
Coaching and mentoring sessions are charged by the hour and part-hour; no VAT is payable. Charges will be disclosed and agreed upon in advance and set out in a coaching agreement document we both sign.
