About me

During a career in excess of 35-years within financial services I gained substantial leadership experience at Board and Senior Management level. I served as Chief Executive for a decade having previously held the position of Finance Director with a regional building society.

With my executive career behind me, I’m now focusing on applying my experience and commitment to supporting others to develop and am qualified at ILM Level 7 for Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring. I understand the complexities and challenges of senior leadership and use that experience to help individuals, across a range of business sectors, find solutions that are practical and impactful for them, their teams and wider organisation.

My family-first values underpin everything I do; I actively support my wife’s career and delight in seeing our three grown daughters thrive. I am passionate about cycling, fitness, and Formula 1. Proudly from Birmingham, I volunteered for the 2022 Commonwealth Games to help showcase the city's vibrancy.
