About me

During a career in excess of 35-years within financial services I gained substantial leadership experience at Board and Senior Management level. I served as Chief Executive for a decade having previously held the position of Finance Director with a regional building society.

With my executive career behind me, I’m now focusing on applying my experience and commitment to supporting others to develop and have studied Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring at ILM Level 7. I understand the complexities and challenges of senior leadership and use that experience to help individuals, across a range of business sectors, find solutions that are practical and impactful for them, their teams and wider organisation.

My family-first values underpin everything I do; I actively support my wife’s career and delight in seeing our three grown daughters thrive. I am passionate about cycling, fitness, and Formula 1. Proudly from Birmingham, I volunteered for the 2022 Commonwealth Games to help showcase the city's vibrancy.
